Welcome to True Romance by Orsolina. By accessing our website or engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

True Romance by Orsolina ("we," "us," "our") operates a full-service bridal boutique based in Beverly Hills, California. We offer custom-designed gowns, alterations, vintage remakes, and on-site wedding day services. These Terms & Conditions apply to all site visitors, customers, and users of our services.

2. Eligibility to Use This Website

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this website or schedule services with us.

3. Services & Bookings

All custom gowns, alterations, and services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to overbooking, lack of required information, or client behavior that violates our policies.

Clients must attend all scheduled appointments on time. Missed or canceled appointments without 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payment & Deposits

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other methods as stated at the time of booking.

  • Custom gown orders require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) at the time of the initial consultation.

  • Alterations must be paid in full prior to or at the time of final fitting or pickup.

  • Final balances must be paid before completed garments can be released.

All payments are due as stated on your invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of custom-made and altered garments, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has commenced. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Custom gown design and production

  • Alterations or tailoring

  • Missed appointments

If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, preferences, deadlines, and garment handling instructions during consultations. Any delays in communication or decision-making may impact timelines or results.

Clients must bring the appropriate undergarments and shoes to all fittings to ensure proper tailoring.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, and images presented by True Romance by Orsolina remain the intellectual property of the business. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from this website or from our original designs without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services or update pricing at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or upon direct communication with clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

True Romance by Orsolina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our website or services. We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, shipping delays, or supply shortages.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information shared through the website or during consultations will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the appropriate courts of Los Angeles County, CA.
